Co-working spaces and corporate business centres usually have complicated pricing models rife with user fees, meeting space fees, equipment usage fees and other hidden costs.

We want to make everything very simple and clear. It costs $100 per month plus HST to become a Centre42 Affiliate. The Affiliate then pays month-to-month and can cancel at any time.

As an Affiliate you get full access to Centre42, its facilities, amenities and online services. There are no extra fees for booking the boardroom, the event space or the digital studio. You have full access to the common work areas (access to the second floor may be restricted on evenings and weekends if there is an event underway).

For external services that are required by Affiliates, such as print shop services or download fees charged by some procurement sites, affiliates will deal directly with the supplier. For some services, Centre42 has preferred supplier arrangements that may offer discounts to Affiliates. These arrangements are explained on the Affiliates-only website.

If you are not a Centre42 Affiliate and you wish to book the boardroom, the event space or the digital studio, the rates are:

  • The boardroom (main floor, seats 8 at table with additional seating to the side): $100/day
  • The event space (2nd floor, evenings and weekends): $100 for up to 2.5 hours and $20 for each additional hour
  • The digital studio (sound booth holds up to four people, green screen video): $75 for up to 2 hours and $20 for each additional hour
